Right in the centre of town. The house is literally 30 seconds walk from the railway and bus station, and three minutes walk from the centre of Sligo.

There are bus links from outside the door to the rest of the County. All three bedrooms are en suite, and there is a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, really fast Wi-Fi and lots of facilities to base your stay in the town.

The perfect location to explore Sligo Town and County.

The space

The house has three ensuite bedrooms. The two upstairs bedrooms have double beds, and the downstairs bedroom has a single bed. There is a fourth bathroom and laundry space.

The property could not be more central. You are literally one minutes walk to the Railway station and bus station. As you alight from the train, you will see the front door!

Access by car is very simple.

There is a Bolt bike stop a minutes walk away, so getting around could not be easier.

Access is easy using a smart lock app system that allows you to come and go securely without keys during your stay.

The house is minutes from the town centre, with a shop footsteps away, and restaurants, pubs and public buildings minutes walk away. The property is on a street front, but is in a quiet residential area.

Its a perfect comfortable base to explore Sligo and the North West.

Guest access

The house uses a smart lock which you will access through a phone app. This means your phone will be your door lock.

Please note for security we have a camera doorbell at the front door.

The property has a ground floor bathroom, together with a ground floor bedroom and ensuite. There is one small step up from the public street

Please, strictly no parties. The house is on a quiet residential street and our neighbours will notify us if there is noise after hours.
