We offer uninterrupted panoramic views of the beach with the sun setting right in front of the living room and bedrooms.

The space

The house has just gone through a full renovation with a fabulous balcony and wood burning stove for Autumn and Winter nights listening to the waves. 75 " smart tv with Netflix and soundbar to allow spectacular nights in by the fire.

Right in the centre of activity only seconds away from the beach and amenities.

Beautiful uninterrupted views of Enniscrone beach framed by the Atlantic ocean by three metre high windows opening onto a brand new deck.

Direct private access to the beach. Master bedroom with views of the waves with en suite opening onto a patio.

Triple bedroom (bunk bed and single bed) and single bedroom with sea view. Large amounts of storage space. Private courtyard for daytime sun and the sun sets over the living room in the evening.

Balconies on both floors perfect for outdoor dining and barbequing during the summer and watching Atlantic storms with a wood burning stove blazing during the winter.

From two of the bedrooms you can hear the waves rolling in from the adjacent beach. Combine this with luxury bedding and sea air, and our guests report a great nights sleep.

In summer, relax with a sundowner on the downstairs patio or upstairs deck as the sun sets in front of you. In winter watch the storms do a dance for you as you watch Natures show.

The house does have fast broadband so perfect for anyone wanting to work remotely. Pubs and restaurants are a few minutes walk away.

The house includes all amenities and in addition there is are two adult bikes and two kids bikes on the property for guest use together with body boards, spades and buckets.

We have an 7 kw EV charger 100 metres from the house. Rates charged are household rates. Please ask for details.

Guest access

The entire house is available to guests. There is private parking behind automated gates into a communal car park. There is private access to the beach.

Other things to note

In high season as Oceans Edge is right in the centre of Enniscrone village you will get noise from the village. However as the bedrooms are downstairs they are insulated from this.
